Security

All of your account information is confidential and a Lionsguard employee will NEVER ask you for your Password. Please remember that another person gaining access to account details other than your Lionsguard ID and password could be just as effective as having your password; and possibly more damaging.

Your password should be something you can remember, but hard to guess. We do not recommend writing it down, but if you do, please keep it in a secure place. Use special characters such as $@! and spaces in your password to make it harder to figure out. NEVER use dates for your password!

A hacker/scam artist can work his/her way into your account by gaining one piece of information at a time, so please be careful not to let any of your information slip. For example, do not give your email address to a friend who wants to write to you while in-game. Furthermore, there is no need for anyone to access your Lionsguard ID. Protect your account details at all costs. Character names created in game should be different than your Lionsguard ID and likewise, your Display Name should not be your Lionsguard ID or email address.
